Boiling Water
July 22nd, 2007 | by Vinny |Apparently last night, the local Water Company sent out an automatic phone message stating I should be boiling my water. We received no such message at our house. As such, for the past 20 hours we have been drinking water that may have been unsafe. Funny thing is, I felt fine until I found out. Now I feel sick.
How is it possible we did not receive this message? How hard can it be to call and guarantee contact with 100 customers? Jeez Louise! This is the 21st century.
UPDATE: Going on 60 hours of water boiling. I can’t make a friggin’ pot of coffee!
FINAL- Nearly 4 days. Over now. Phew.

See, now if you get sick from that, THEN I’d say sue them. But I’ll just hope you don’t get sick.

This is another reason for drinking bottled water besides the fact our water tastes like dirt. I can tell my husband this story when he complains!
